Fish Stocking
Beginning in late March, the RCCA begins stocking trout in various pre-determined locations throughout the county.
The RCCA coordinates with the NYSDEC and numerous volunteers to facilitate the stocking of numerous public streams, rivers, lakes, and ponds.
Fish are netted from the holding tanks and relocated to their new homes using buckets and lots of manpower.
